It’s September and the Life Campaign is ramping up into high gear! We wanted to show you a picture from our newest well going into Msondo, Malawi. This is the well that was sponsored by some amazing Cree Women in Northern Quebec and our friends at YC Newfoundland! Our question is - WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? In October we are inviting you - your youth group, school friends, church group, college friends, workmates to take 1 DAY - just one Beautiful Day to celebrate making a difference with clean water… Read More »
Czech in…
Some time ago we talked about a group in Czech led by Lukas Targoscz that were interested in joining up with the Life Campaign. We celebrated that as the Life Campaign going INTERNATIONAL! Now that was fun, but this is better! They came through on their Read More »
Camps add a little water!
A couple of youth camps have been raising money for water wells this summer. Living Waters Camp in Saskatchewan raised over $300 in early July. Then - King’s Valley Camp to the north of Fort St John raised over $1600 towards the Life Campaign… Summer camp - bugs, friends, fun, life changing experiences & now - bringing hope and Life to those who need it! If you have camp stories to share - fire them our way!

WE HAVE FRESH WATER COMING OUT OF THE GROUND IN GUATEMALA! It is a pretty unbelievable feeling to see something that we’ve talked about for such a long time become reality! Overflowing in Waterloo

Students make a difference.
The May long weekend was pretty wild for the Life Campaign. In Montreal I was involved in presenting our 2009 goals and while there we raised nearly $10,000 for water wells. At the same time in Waterloo at a youth event called Overflow over $33,000 was raised for the Life Campaign. In Langley at an event called Historymaker we’ve yet to hear the totals for Life but I do know that thousands were raised to make a difference in the lives of others.
Kids want in.

They are adopting the Campaign for their summer programs. Wow – and we thought this campaign was just for students. Turns out kids can be passionate about making a difference.

It is a combo so that if the electricity doesn’t work (which happens in a number of places) the hand pump can still provide clean water.
